Services

We offer a wide range of services, both in-house and on site. Every job is inspected and performance tested with a detailed report issued prior to it's return.

Pump Repairs

We refurbish and maintain a range of pumps consisting of:

-Water

-Chemical

-Pharmaceutical

-Oil

All pumps are stripped down for evaluation; photographs of orientation are taken and pump tolerances are checked for wear. A report is issued to the client before any further action is taken.

Site Maintenance

We remove, assess and monitor the apparatus; giving advice on how to prolong life. This is part of our collection and delivery service provided for each job.

Our engineers have a 'Site Construction Skills' certification and' Confined Spaces' certificates; enabling us to enter tanks and deep sumps on site.

Other Equipment Repairs

We also refurbish a number of other products such as:

-Rotary Valves

-Fans

-Gearboxes

-Mills

-Blenders

-Blowers

Photographs are taken to ensure orientation is correct when reassembled. Clearance measurements are noted to establish wear. All equipment is then stripped, appropriate repairs are made with correct clearance recorded and set before testing and reassembling.

Testing

All products and equipment are tested before and after to check vibration and temperature of bearings. As well as making sure everything is fully functioning before the return of a part.

All testing can be witnessed by the client.

In-house Services

The majority of our refurbishment, maintenance and testing are done in-house as part of the service we offer.

Shot Blasting- Items are shot blasted to ASA2.5 where necessary and are prime painted before assembly.

Specialist Coatings- We provide a range of epoxy coatings which are applied in-house.

Machining- General machining is done as part of our service.

Other Services

Casting- When the component is beyond economical repair and non available; a pattern is produced. A casting is then made and machined to drawing.

Balancing- As part of our service before completion of a job, we have rotating assembly of pumps and fans balanced as necessary.
